About LSP Photogrpahy

Although I have always had an interest in photography I only decided top actually do something about it 6 years ago when I went to Worksop College and did a City and Guilds. From there I went to Rother Valley College in Dinning ton near Rotherham and studied for my A level. Whilst at college a friend of mine approached me and asked if I would photograph their wedding, hesitantly I said yes so with that I made sure I knew what I was letting myself in for and went off to Cumbria and did an Annabel Williams Wedding course to get an idea of how to set the day out.

The friends’ wedding was a great success and consequently have gone on to do other weddings which I thoroughly enjoy. Every wedding I take personal pride and pleasure in doing and it is a fantastic feeling giving a couple the memories of their day.

It’s not just weddings I have photographed though I have done children, pets, commercial and the group the Hollies one of my favourite pictures being Sir Jimmy Saville walking across the stage in their Scarborough venue earlier this year.

I have pictures published in local newspapers my favourites being the development of Robin Hood Airport and I have had a couple of photographs in the Amateur Photography magazine.
